Jen Torok, MSN, FNP-C

Jen currently works remotely from Guntersville, Alabama, for Axis Spine Center, a comprehensive spine clinic in Post Falls, Idaho, alongside her mentor, Dr. Jessica Jameson. Her clinical focus includes metabolic health, inflammation reduction, weight management, and surgical optimization to improve outcomes for patients living with chronic pain.
She is also the Founder of Fiercely Connected Wellness, where she educates and empowers individuals through wellness coaching and sustainable lifestyle strategies.
Jen serves as a Course Director, national speaker, and mentor for Women in Pain Management (WIPM), advancing education and leadership opportunities for advanced practice providers in pain medicine. She also serves as faculty for SPR, providing clinician education on innovative therapies and emerging trends in pain management.
Throughout her career, Jen has remained committed to mentorship, education, and advocacy for both patients and healthcare professionals. Her special interests include obesity treatment, chronic inflammation, regenerative medicine, and the connection between metabolic health and chronic pain.
Outside of medicine, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, her grown sons and future daughters-in-law, and her beloved long-haired Chihuahua, Lucy Lou. She is passionate about faith, family, wellness, and encouraging others to live healthier, fuller lives.
