Will the conference sessions be recorded?
Yes. Recordings of conference sessions will be available approximately 4–6 weeks after the conclusion of the conference. Additional information regarding access to the recorded sessions will be shared following the conference. There is no cost to view the recordings.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes! A reserved room block is available at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel at a special group rate of $255 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.
The deadline to reserve a room at the group rate is Wednesday, September 23, 2026. After this date, reservations will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates and availability.

Attendees may earn up to 15.75 AAPA Category 1 CME credits or 15.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, or 15.75 ANCC contact hours. Click here to learn more.
Do I need to be a PMAAPP member to register?
No. PMAAPP membership is not required to attend the conference.
First-time attendees will receive complimentary PMAAPP membership when they register for the 2nd Annual PMAAPP National Conference.
